Karina Borisova, Reporter
Karina Borisova, an opinionated strong minded junior who strives for what she believes in. This is her second year as a reporter for The Tide. She does boxing on the weekends and occasionally goes running throughout the week. She is bilingual, speaking both Russian as her first language and English as her second. She is first-generation American. Her favorite time of the year is October, because of the spooky thrill and the fall season. Horror is her favorite genre in movies and books and she loves to travel to haunted houses and towns, such as Salem this past October. Traveling is one of her many goals in life and she has gone to Lithuania and Finland so far. She is in the process of joining the Airforce and pursuing psychology as her major in college.
